Source ownership

The source register favors federal agencies, official locators, state authorities, accreditors, standards publishers, and plan documents supplied by the reader. A program’s own statement remains labeled as a program statement.

Method

The desk starts with a question, extracts only the scope needed for that page, writes an original consumer explanation, and records the checked date. Historical URLs guide route restoration, not current clinical claims.

Limits and updates
